Food was great. Service, on the other hand was TERRIBLE. We were seated right away, and our drink order was taken and brought out. The two teas our table got had cold water. We let them know, and they brought us out knew ones. No big deal. Then our waitress came to take our order. She clearly had very limited knowledge about the menu, so we assumed she was new and gave her the benefit of the doubt. We waited over 45 minutes for our food to come out from the time we sent our order in. The restaurant was not overly busy at the time. The food we got was very good and hot, which meant it hadn't been sitting in the back. (Led us to believe that the waitress had forgot to put our order in) My cousin found a hair in her pasta so we told the waitress about it when she got back. She took the dish away and didn't offer for it to be remade. We also told the waitress about our food taking so long. She didn't offer us any answer. At this point, we went and spoke to the manager on the floor. He didn't seem to give too s**** about our complaint, and even got a little bit sarcastic with us. We told him we understand if the waitress is new, but the food shouldn't take that long. He informed us that the waitress was not new. It wasn't until we actually said that it was very poor customer service that he offered to take the pasta off of our bill.
